This Reseller Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the resale of our products. By submitting a reseller application and upon our approval, you ("Reseller") agree to be bound by this Policy.
• Official Reseller Certification: Gain credibility and establish yourself as a trusted source for I'M TECHNOLOGIES® products with an official reseller certificate.
• Free Marketing and Advertising Support: Benefit from potential inclusion in our national advertising campaigns (details to be provided upon approval).
• Prominent Website Listing: Increase your visibility and attract new customers with a dedicated listing on our website, featuring your company name, logo, contact details, and a link to your website (if applicable).
• Special Reseller Discounts: Enjoy exclusive pricing on I'M TECHNOLOGIES® products to maximize your profit margins.
• I'M TECHNOLOGIES® and I'M®, along with other associated trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of I'M TECHNOLOGIES®.
• You may not use our trademarks in a manner that suggests you are the manufacturer or distributor of the products, or in a way that could mislead or confuse customers.
• To use our trademarks for any, you must obtain our prior written permission, specifying the scope and duration of such use.
• Any unauthorized or misleading use of our trademarks is a violation of this Policy and may result in the termination of your reseller agreement and legal action.

Our Sales Policy, available here, outlines the general terms and conditions applicable to all product purchases, including order placement, payment methods, shipping, returns, and risk of loss. As a Reseller, you are subject to these terms in addition to this Reseller Policy.
• Minimum Order Value: To qualify as an I'M TECHNOLOGIES® Reseller, you must place an initial order with a minimum value of USD $500.
• Product Representation: Resellers are responsible for accurately representing I'M TECHNOLOGIES® products to their customers. You agree to comply with all marketing and advertising materials provided by I'M TECHNOLOGIES®.
• Display Requirements: In some instances, I'M TECHNOLOGIES® may provide product displays for Reseller use. These displays must be well-maintained, kept clean, and prominently displayed in a public-facing location within your store. We reserve the right to conduct inspections at any time and revoke this agreement if display requirements are not met.
This agreement grants I'M TECHNOLOGIES® broad termination rights. They may terminate the agreement at their sole discretion, with or without cause, upon written notice to the Reseller. Additionally, the agreement allows for termination for any breach by the Reseller.
This Policy, together with the Sales Policy and Warranty Policy referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
I'M TECHNOLOGIES® reserve the right to update this Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you review this Policy periodically for any changes.
